After trying to sell our home on my own for a couple months & with another agent for 6 months, I got a mail piece saying what Ray Glath and Home Smart Realty might be able to do to help us sell our home. I decided to call Ray & he brought a new fresh prespective to the venture of selling our home. He had some very good marketing ideas that my other Agent didn't know of, or use & he was very friendly to work with. Ray also did some Open Houses for us. Ray had a way of getting our home listing on many many websites, and he was also able to track the amount of people that were looking at the listing and (for some lookers) determine their level of interest.

To Whom it May Concern: Bev was the 3rd realtor we listed our house with and, without a doubt, the best. While the other two realtors we had were certainly very nice and had made pretty sheets to hand out when people came to visit the house, they missed the biggest thing that I think Bev brought to the table, follow-up. Even though we had many showings with the other realtors, they didn't do the follow-up that we felt should be done. They seemed to have more of a "Throw spaghetti on the wall and see what sticks" attitude. Bev not only did very prompt follow-up with each potential buyer, but she also brought good communication and sales skills to those follow-up calls. Bev also brought a great marketing system that none of the other realtors had. The result was numerous showings and, with the follow-up, a sale within 90 days. Another thing that we got from Bev was a weekly report on how many people had viewed the property on-line, how many had been to the property, and follow-up information about the people who were considering the property. No other realtor had issued a weekly report to us. Bev and her husband Ray are extremely computer savvy and use it in every way they can to help sell the house. I felt the other realtors did not have that technical expertise and in today's modern market, and especially in AZ where so many people are looking from out of state, that is a tremendous assets. Relocating from the East Coast, I had somewhat an idea that I wanted to buy a home instead of renting any longer. The Scottsdale/Phoenix area was foreign to me.
